 Chris Nelson grew up in Birchdale, Minnesota, a small town near the Canadian Border. He enlisted in the Air Force after graduating from Rainy River Community College. After serving his country for 4 years, he decided that he preferred picking out his own clothes. He packed his bags and started working as a Fiber Optic technician. He travelled all over the country for 12 years. He settled in Denver, Colorado, in 2004 so he could ski and snowboard to his heart's content.
Chris graduated from the Colorado Real Estate Institute and was recruited by Keller Williams where he became the top-producing agent in 2007. Chris joined RE/MAX Professionals later that year. Chris has received the RE/MAX 100% Club Award two years in a row. With the changing Real Estate market Chris again made a change to the Largest and Fastest growing Independent Brokerage in the State of Colorado. The Herman Real Estate Group.
